At VERVET Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the denim remains in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn denim in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
